So my self imposed exile I was planning after releasing the Wisteria House, sort of failed and I could not help making this latest living room. It’s called Adwin and consists of 21 pieces with a total of 180 prims. All seating is multi-animated and lights turn on but responds to owner only. Soft light filters into the calm master bedroom as ceiling fans turn silently above you.  Your hand caresses rich wood and fresh fabric.  Take a close look at the amount of detail put into the upholstery – the quilting in the pillows and the trim along the edge of the cushions.    The bed, chaise, and bench contain a huge number of animations.  Want to sit on the chaise and work on your laptop?    Desire to show off after your latest shopping spree?  Fancy a bit of yoga?  It’s all possible.

These are both variations to the Mayer Bedroom from the recently released Wisteria House:

First is The Corie Bedroom which boasts warm and rich hues and is texture changeable with coordinating colors so no matter what combination of colors you use your pieces would always complement each other.

The second is The Mayer Bedroom Noir for the individual who feels more at home and comfortable with a neutral palette.

All day fundraiser event (9AM – 7PM SLT) on the Pemberley sim on October 11th. We will be hosting an all day music event as well as offering exclusive discounts from various well known stores in SL. All sales at this event will be donated to the Red Cross to benefit the victims of Typhoon Ondoy.

The Loft announces their latest prefab home release – The Wisteria.  The first
of its size to be released from The Loft, the Wisteria is large in scale, yet still
cozy enough for your friends and family.
Options include the following rooms:

•  Den or office space
•  Full kitchen and dining room
•  Living room
•  Master bedroom
•  Spare bedroom
•  Luxury sized bathroom
•  Two outdoor patios
•  Attic
• Optional kids room/third bedroom in the attic with a skylight
•  Full sized garage

The Wisteria Prefab is available in  both furnished and unfurnished versions.
The furnished option uses a holodeck system for easy rezzing and takes only 3
minutes or less to set up.  With a flick of a lightswitch, the owner can go from
a completely empty room to a fully-furnished one, helping manage a limited prim
allowance.  All furniture in the furnished option is also COPIABLE .

SPECIFICATIONS: 38m x 28m in size. The Wisteria fits into a land area of just
1120 square meters. We now offer a DEMO of the house footprint available on
the vendor display. Prims: 504 (Unfurnished) 2.994 (Furnished)

The Loft is getting ready for a new release, and this one is HUGE! The Wisteria has three floors of space, an attached garage, and two stone patios. Inside are rooms that are stylish, welcoming, and fully furnished and interactive, from the den with its floor to ceiling windows to the childrens’ bedroom tucked under the eaves.

The Home, garden and Patio Expo is currently taking place and runs form May 4th to May 10th. There are over 50 exhibitors and we all have Relay for Life Vendors selling items made/earmarked especially for this charity.

The Speyside Hutch is now at our booth on the Rhodium sim, and this color is exclusive to The Home Expo. After the expo this color will not be available. At this time this is only available at the Home Expo, not at the store and this color is exclusively for RFL and will not be available for purchase after. It’s time for outdoor living with The Loft’s sense of style.  Step into the weathered wood pergola and take a look at the Dazel Patio Set.  The dark rattan chairs are shown with white cushions but come packaged with 9 textures and multi animation scripting. The matching table has great curves and contrast, with a bowl of glowing rocks to ward off the chill of an SL evening.

The taller table in steel and aluminum contrasts with the organic feel of the other pieces.  Highlight your grouping with a set of hanging lanterns and add interest to your patio with a collection of rough-textured planters. With that weathered and sculpted fence, you can make it all just a bit more private.
