The Loft is part of this months round of FaMeshed! For the event I have created a Media Center set, perfect for your family room!
This classically styled contemporary set includes a console and shelf in 3 different wood variations each sold septate. Also included is a television and decorative baskets.
This media center is 8 LI as displayed, and is copy and modifiable.
Taking a throw back to the 1950’s for this months round of Collabor88 The Loft and Aria have created a trendy mid-century modern living set full of bright vintage linens and textiles.
Mid-century furniture pieces are characterized by their clean, simple lines, and there is no exception to that with the Harmon Living set. Bold textiles, teak woods, and timeless style give a nod to the period, while still being perfect for contemporary decor today.
The rounded edges and smooth linen fabric of the Harmon sofa capture mid-century modern style perfectly. The sofa is available in 8 different colours sold separately with colour change options for the throw pillows. Also available is the rattan ottoman, and floor lamp each available in 3 colour variations, as well as a table lamps with 5 options to choose from. A coffee table, side table and credenza complete the furnishings. Decor pieces include a rug with texture change options, wall art, mirrors, potted plants, table top succulents, and decorative books.
The Harmon sofa comes in PG and ADULT options, and the ottoman has singles poses, each with auto rezzing and wearable props.
Hexa Living Room – Clean lines and understated elegance perfectly describes this room. Set includes Sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table, side table, rug, artwork, floor lamp, baskets, candles, assorted cacti and decorative bottle.
The sofa comes in 12 colours, PG/Family or adult, with or without texture changeable pillows and a throw. Each pillow has an easy to navigate and extremely organized menu which features 30 different pillow choices (insane I know), while the throw offers 4 texture options. The Rug is also texture changeable offering 10 options in solids, patterns and stripes.
The Family sofa includes animations for parents and children with appropriate props (made even better with the AVsitter experience). The Family/PG version has space for 2 to 4 member families as well as 1 to 4 kids playing poses ready for anything from family time to play time.

Together again, The Loft and Aria have created a new set for Collabor88 with “New Americana” as their theme. For this round we went for a transitional style in the Troubadour room, a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary design, with no details spared.
This full room set is ready for any living room or family room. This expansive set is complete with sofa, coffee table and side table. Also available is a large assortment of coordinated decor, including a rug, 2 different table lamps, a geometric side table, wall decor, candles, bowl decor, a vase with orchids, and 5 assorted plants.
The Troubadour sofa is available in 7 colours, sold separately with texture change options for throw pillows. The coffee table has 5 colour options sold separately as well. The Troubadour table lamp is available in 10 colours sold separately and both lamps turn on and off when clicked.
The sofa is available in Family/PG and Adult options, all packed full of hand chosen poses with various wearable props. The Family/PG version has space for 2 to 4 member families as well as 1 to 4 kids playing poses ready for anything from family time to play time.

For the upcoming round of Collabor88 themed Burtonesque, The Loft and ARIA present you with the Baxter dining suite and extension of our previously released Baxter Bathroom Suite. It includes a luxurious dining table, dining chairs with texture changeable trim, sideboard, chandelier, rug, place setting and a center piece. All of this is accompanied by some quirky accessories.
